I have been keeping baggies of clean lettuce, chopped carrots, celery, onions, hard boiled eggs, .... you name it... in my refrigerator crisper drawer. When it is dinner time I pull out my drawer, take it to the counter and "viola" .. making a salad is a snap!
I have found that the HARDEST thing to do is to motivate myself when I am stressed or disgusted with life even depressed with situations. There are always good things that come out of it even if you can't see at the time. because you are stuck in that moment. This is the time to pull all your resources together, chin up and (pretend) yes pretend everything is all right and you'll be surprised how quickly you come out of your funk and not sabotage your health!!!104
