I implore everyone to keep track of all their meals during the day. Not only does it help to see where you are in terms of calories, but you can also monitor your fat, carb, and protein consumption.

Keeping track of your calories using this diary approach will help you identify weaknesses as well as motivate you to eat healthier! Sometimes I'll enter my day's choices in the morning so I know ahead of time how much I'm eating and will not be tempted to skew if I've reach my daily limits.

    I am trying my best to track every meal. my only dilemma is I cook for my family in bulk and I am learning to measure as I cook.
I truly don't know how to add my recipe in the recipe track and the serving as well .
I don't even know how to transfer it in my nutrition.
sometime I can't fing my fod in their meal list.
I am a middle eastern and I cook from scratch. I need help. baby steps on how to do this and be accurate.

    The nutrition and fitness trackers are my first stops on here in the morning. I monitor everything that goes in my mouth for consumption and I monitor every step and every exercise I do throughout the day.
