I like milk, but sometimes I just feel burnt out on it...and coffee with creamer and sugar just add to many calories and fat, but sugar free coffee syrups with a mixture of half coffee and half milk make a great sweet treat - hot OR cold. Helps, cut back on the caffiene, I use skim so it is non-fat protein and good calcium and the sugar free syrups turn the whole thing into a nice sweet treat!

I find that if I cut up a tart apple, put it in a zip lock bag, add some cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of brown sugar and then give it all a shake, I get a crunchy, sweet decadent treat with less than 100 calories.
This treat really satisfies my craving for something sweet.
