This is a fun iPhone/iTouch app that turns exercise into a social activity by helping you earn points to unlock new exercises. It starts with crunches, pushups and squats--but more points earned means new exercises to discover. When you add a friend--you earn their points too so you can get to the new exercises sooner. Seriously, I'm not one that loves crunches, but this motivates me to do one more -- and get a "new personal record." Hope you like it too, if you give it a try!

I find that if I get busy for a few days and miss my SparkTime I begin to feel discouraged. It would be so easy to just forget about it and fall back into my old habits. But then I login to Spark, read afew success stories, catch up on my friends, and before you know it I am ready to dig in and get moving again. So if you are feeling discouraged, just login and Spark will come to the rescue!!!
I like to login to SP first thing in the day to help me "get up and go" and start the day off right. And, I am less tempted to eat unhealthy foods at night if I login then to finish tracking and reading articles. (Good luck, whenever time of day you use SP!)104
