When I have a day when I don't feel like exercising and I really want to over indulge in food, ALL my good intentions can easily get pushed by the wayside. If I force myself to do a little thing, it keeps me closer to getting back on track.

MORE INFORMATION:
Little things that keep me going are taking time to meditate or read, spending time on skin care, cleaning around the house, completing a small task or chore, organizing those clothes I want to wear, etc. This helps me maintain a variety of good and healthy habits -- which is my ultimate goal!
