My best secret for being successful with staying on track with building a healthy lifestyle is to do what I need to in order to get the ball rolling in the 1st place! I can get in places where I feel as though I don't accomplish anything, but when I eat well for a few days, have more energy from cutting out the excess carbs, make the teeny changes like using the stairs, walking more, etc, and talk to myself kindly, the momentum just builds to more and more healthy changes!!!!

I was having a big issue with my abs and so a friend told me to replace my favorite chair with a exercize ball ...... it worked I now roll it all over my house the living room in front of the TV to the table an on to the desk, MY ABS HAVE NEVER LOOKED BETTER , so its worth the rolling it around the house.
Breakfast is my favorite because it is the first thing i accomplish for the day. It gets the ball rolling. By succeeding with my first goal I am more likely to succeed with my others..
