My best secret for being successful with staying on track with building a healthy lifestyle is to do what I need to in order to get the ball rolling in the 1st place! I can get in places where I feel as though I don't accomplish anything, but when I eat well for a few days, have more energy from cutting out the excess carbs, make the teeny changes like using the stairs, walking more, etc, and talk to myself kindly, the momentum just builds to more and more healthy changes!!!!
Truly building on your forward motion, your own momentum, and feeling AWESOME about the changes you're making, even feeling like you have the moxie to show others, will all propel you forward towards your goals. Start small, set goals, use healthy rewards, and talk kindly to yourself :-) Go you!!!
