The Quaker Instant Oatmeal Flavor Variety Pack Controls Hunger!




I started buying the Quaker Instant Oatmeal Flavor Variety Pack months ago, and I'm still amazed at how much it fills me up! I usually prepare two packets at a time with water and a tsp of vanilla extract. It comes in three flavors: Apple & Cinnamon, Maple & Brown Sugar and Cinnamon & Spice. With 170 calories at the most, 1 packet will make a great snack between meals, but two packets (340 calories max) with a piece of fruit is a great meal that will fend off hunger for at least three hours!

  • I buy the weight control one. I have one packet with a half cup frozen blueberries. After I cook it , I add one apple cut up,and a tablespoon of chopped almonds. Sprinkle with cinnamon and add a little milk. That's my favorite breakfast that I start every day with! emoticon - by ME2BE2014
