When at a fast food restaurant, choose the kids meal. The burger and fries and soda is much smaller. It's usually enough to fill up on; and it has (usually) all the flavor you want from this type of meal with much less calories. When you just have to have your burger and fries but can't spare the calories.

    I skip the fries. And I stopped getting foods with bacon on them... something I did surprisingly often :)

    Thanks for sharing this secret. It sounds like a great idea. I usally try to eat half of my meal and bring the rest home. This way I won't have to drag the left overs home to tempt me later and I will save money.

    yes the right amount of food . I also choice these when i go out for fast food. I tell a lie that i am buying for a child in the car or at home . emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
