I am not a cook! I don't like to cook and if I do cook, I usually can't eat what I cooked but I made my own kind of manwich using ground turkey and it was good. I browned 1 lb of ground turkey added some barbecue sauce and simmered about 20 minutes. I served it in a multi grain wrap. No one knew it was turkey. It was good and easy.

I sit behind the computer all day, in order to keep myself from snacking without thought, I limit my snacks to 2. I pack them with my lunch and eat them at specific times in order to keep it under control and not consume too many empty calories. When the snacks are gone, they're gone!
Good snacks = protein bars, fruit, turkey jerky, and nuts
I eat a cup of broth-based soup with a little protein in it before my afternoon and evening meals. It really helps me feel satiated faster and keeps me from going back for seconds on more caloric items. For supreme convenience I make a big batch of soup on Sundays and freeze it in single-serving containers for the week.
Soup ideas include garden veggie, chicken and barley, escarole and spicy turkey sausage, or tofu tom yum.
