    I AGREE ! MY SIS AND I WORKOUT AT ANYTIME FITNESS FOR 2 HOURS FROM 5 AM TIL ABOUT 7:30 AM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY !!! GREAT WAY TO START THE DAY WITH ALL OF THOSE ENDORPHINS !!!!

    I have made an effort to get up at 5am to workout before my family starts waking up and needing my attention. ME TIME =)

    Morning is the best time. Just wish my job started at the same time every morning. On the days that start at 6 it's just too hard to get up at 4 in order to work out. Anything less than an hour and a half just doesn't do it for me. But on those days it does work? Wow, what a difference to the rest of the day. emoticon

    This is the best post I've seen in a long time. It is so true about things happening during the course of the day but if you exercise first thing in the morning, it's over and done but it actually makes you feel like doing more during the day.

    I use cleaning the house as exercise. The house gets clean and I lose the weight in the process. emoticon
