  • I can so agree with this! When I go to my Scheduled classes I am so pumped up, but when I am home....promising myself, I will do a video, an exercise, whatever, something always takes over! Cleaning, calls, etc. - by FLPALM

    Morning is the best time. Just wish my job started at the same time every morning. On the days that start at 6 it's just too hard to get up at 4 in order to work out. Anything less than an hour and a half just doesn't do it for me. But on those days it does work? Wow, what a difference to the rest of the day. emoticon - by WENDYJOHN1

    This is the best post I've seen in a long time. It is so true about things happening during the course of the day but if you exercise first thing in the morning, it's over and done but it actually makes you feel like doing more during the day.
