It's best to keep the goodies out of the house, but sometimes you can't. When you have to have unhealthy treats in the house, tell yourself that they "belong" to someone else. My husband can't eat gluten, and I am not tempted to eat his gluten free cookies because they are "his". I've just transferred that idea to the kids lunch box desserts and any other goodies that I don't want to wear on my thighs.

LOL -- I can't eat gluten either, and I still have some bread products in my apartment from before I went all-out gluten-tree, in case friends come over and stuff. However, I live alone...so I'll need to imagine that they "belong" to my awesome imaginary fiancee, Renaldo. He is from Italy, you know, and has long, dark, flowing hair and the most beautiful smile you've ever seen...and his accent, oh, his accent...
