I pre-measure in a pitcher my daily water intake and leave on the counter. Therefore I can see through the day if I am remembering to gt my water. Then I am not trying to get it all down at the end of the day. I also take a bottle water every time I leave the house and drink in the car.

I'm one of those people who have trouble getting the recommended 8 glasses of water a day, so before I eat anything I drink a glass, this helps me to fill up a bit before eating, so I don't over indulge, and anytime I feel like snacking I drink more water. This tip can be used for anything you like, ie: while you cook, before cleaning, after cleaning, any activity you do, begin it with a glass of water.194
I've had a time getting at least 8 glasses of water in a day. Here's a trick that has helped me. I drink my water out of a 12 ounce glass. Drinking 2 full 12 ounce glasses of water = 3 -8 ounce glasses. It's like sneaking in an additional 8 ounces of water without really knowing it. I am tracking my water on SP. Since I can't add a 1/2 cup on the tracker, this motivates me to drink another class so that I can click the tracker to another full cup.
