1-1/2 hours of exercise everyday for the last 12 days. Journaling everything I ate. Trying to drink a lot of water. 2 haystacks for a treat everyday! (melted dark chocolate and fiber one...yummy!!)

    Am still trying to up my intake of water - that is the hardest thing for me - have tried my own bottle, bottled water, ice water -
Am going to start - again - journaling everything I eat.
