Every once in a while try a food that is in your 'don't like' column. Your tastes may change over time. I have rediscovered yogurt, spinach mixed into sauces, tortillas, and beans. You can add to your food choices and hey, a couple million people can't be wrong.

So I don't want to call it a wish list but I guess it is sort of. Once you get motiviated to move you will try new things so make a list of sports or excercises that you have never done. Like hiking (a specific place) try a yoga class, pilates class, spin class, bellydancing ANYTHING Then how about trying a new fruit or veg or fish and cooking it a new way! These things will keep you motivated
