Drink Apple Cider Vinegar every morning

Every morning before breakfast, add 2 tbs of Apple Cider Vinegar to 8oz of water and drink.

Baking Soda

Did you know that you can use Baking Soda as a scouring medium. I use it in general in my kitchen for scouring tea stanes out of cups, helping with scouring my stainless steel pots & pans. Works wonders and doesn't scratch like steel wool or SOS pads sometimes do.
