I belong to a fitness center. 3x/week I have classes: aqua yoga and stretch & flex for two, PiYo for the other. (Classes do not cost extra.) On M & W I work out on my own. This gives me ability to move at my own pace on core machines, walking the programs on the treadmill & elliptical and do free weights. I like the flexibility of doing some on my own.... helps with my motivation, too.

I live in a split level house so there are many stairs. I also want to organize my stuff. I try to spend 30 minutes decluttering and moving stuff from the attic to the basement. I am moving swiftly. I then load the car and deliver my unwanted, but good stuff to various agencies. Plenty of lifting, movement, and exercise. 435312
This is not taking the place of a workout, training or class, but gives me more burned calories and movement. 323
My friends still tease me about this, but I swear it is by far the BEST WORKOUT OF MY LIFE! The place I found, Pole Fit, focuses on the "gymnastics" side of pole dancing, so it's good clean fun (we're not learning how to be strippers). It's so rewarding, because each class you can obviously tell you are getting better. Ex: (first class) Couldn't do the fireman spin at the beginning of class, by the end I could. You build muscle so quickly, and it almost instantly tones all over your body :)
