Tracking our food is important. To make it easier and save time make a couple different meal plans for both breakfast and lunch for the week. Then use the food grouping tab so you only have to put in one thing for each meal and itís done. When I get tired of those meals I make up new ones and add them to a new group. Tracking is so easy and sticking to meals is also much easier for Iím no longer guessing what Iíll have or grazing while I look for something to eat.

    If I eat a meal and i know I have leftovers i just go to copy this meal to another day. This is really good with soups Pat in Maine.
