Following the glycemic index for losing weight is amazing! The weight just falls off because it is well balanced and keeps your body at the levels it needs. It is not just for diabetics.   • I have just started this approach as I am dealing with some health issues...fatty liver for one....that seem to lend itself to the GI approach. My brother started this several months ago and has lost 30 lbs. I am new to it, but I am feeling good while doing it. - by BLG32198
