I SUBSTITUTE PLAIN YOGURT FOR ANY RECIPE THAT CALLS FOR MAYONNAISE. i.e. Tuna Salad . I T HELPS TO LOWER THE CALORIES AND FAT CONTENT.

    Wonder if you could use a nonfat sour cream instead of mayo. It has a little sour taste that a mayo might have. I know that I have used sour cream instead of mayo and usually have no problem with the taste. Just another suggestion.

    Thank you for the suggestion. I am allergic to eggs, therefore Mayo and simply skip anything that calls for Mayo... I will try using plain yogurt instead. emoticon

    I have found that plain greek yogurt will work as a great substitute for sour cream. Lots of protein and not as much fate
