Use Bee Pollen & Honey to sweeten up things- like plain oatmeal for breakfast, or vanilla ice cream for dessert. Both have a lot of health benefits- especially for allergy sufferers (but you have to be sure to use local pollen & honey) They are much better for you than brown sugar on your oatmeal or chocolate sauce on your ice cream and taste better IMO, with more health benefits.

Found either at local farmers or health food stores, raw unfiltered honey that is LOCAL is by far the best thing. I have found that different times of the year, the honey will change due to what flowers and plants are in bloom. Therefore, it helps with seasonal allergies.
We always get the kind with the comb in it as well. There are bits of bee pollen and goodies that boost your immune system and overall health. Since we began eating the type of honey, we have not had a cold or sickness. Not only internally but topically it has great anti-bacterial properties.
