Have a headache or just not feeling it today? Tell yourself you will only do 15 mins. Once you are there and did your minimum you will just keep going. I don't know where I heard of this idea, but it works like a charm for me!

    I know exactly how you feel when this happens, and you are right, if you decide to at least do 10 mins, you feel so much better that you keep on going.
