You Are Not Your Mistakes, Missteps, Or Other Going Off-Track Things
Members Were Sparked
I often feel like I AM my mistakes, missteps, and other blunders for my health, my brain knows that it is important to separate my true being & essence from my mistakes. When I do remember this separation, I work harder to forgive myself & move on to do something or eat something that is healthy for myself. Putting myself back on track by forgiving myself boosts my confidence & puts my heart & brain in a better place. Plus, eating healthy makes me happy to be "what I eat."

Most people are going to get off track from time to time but I find that if I put the mistake behind me, not beating myself up for it but moving forward and getting back on track, I keep control of the situation, not letting the mistake control me.
I find that if I let others know that I am having a bad day that they will give me support so that it is much easier for me not to give into the self doubts
I allow myself to mess up on some days. I realize that I am only human and that I am going to make mistakes. The key is to don't be so hard on yourself and to get back in the swing of things the next day. I don't allow myself to quit. I learn from mistakes and get back on track!
