Try to find an exercice that you really enjoy. It won't be as hard to find the motivation to do it. For my, I think zumba is the best exercice I found to fit my need. I just loves it. It is not hard to go at zumba class twice a week.

    I started zumba two weeks ago and I absolutely love it! It makes me want to exercise more often. It is fun and always fresh and new. You decide the intensity level....... emoticon
