New Year resolutions have us all hitting the gym hard and eating healthy, but when your resolve gets low and you feel you've fallen off the wagon, just pick yourself back up. Don't fret over a missed day or week, you're on the right track just for noticing. Aim for better every day rather than perfect right away. :)
Don't fret about exercising late at night. It's better to get that workout in than to hold it off for the morning when you'll be too busy and it will be way too easy to say you don't have time.
Some people are morning people, and more power to them ... but every time I've tried to set up a morning routine, I've failed to actually continue to exercise over a prolonged period. 11pm is more my style, and I've been able to keep on track much better this way.
MORE INFORMATION:
At first I worried that exercising so late at night would prevent me from falling asleep. So far that has not been the case. I've been waking up well-rested and energized. I even find myself looking forward to my evening workout.
Instead of fretting over my eating plan, I concentrate on drinking 8 glasses of water daily (minimum) and I getting my 5 servings of fruits/veggies into my day first. These two "tricks" have kept me satisfied so I don't turn to other foods/drinks that would otherwise undo my whole day.
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
