He was taught that one does not eat between meals and he is a Spartan, who has never done so./ The new thinking of eating 5 smaller meals is something he FIRMLY disagrees with. I have to choose with doing all I can to be healthy, or agree with him and let him RANT.

I find that having a scheduled time for exercise, one that everyone knows and has agreed on, is the best way to keep exercising & not lose focus.
Mine is right when I hit the door coming home from work. I run straight into my exercise clothes and head downstairs without stopping. Everyone in the house knows this, & since I've never made an exception, they wait until I'm finished. Its only 45 min or less. Whatever they need can wait.
My husband childhood friend of 65 years is looking after me when I need help as my husband asked him. I talk to him every day and today told him what I did and was still doing. He wants me to slow down because he thinks I will kill myself from doing to much. I told him you would by not doing stuff.
We have been explained to through Spark information a couch potato can get heart, high blood pressure and arthritis's, keep moving on as much as the body will let you. Guaranteed as we get older the body does what it wants but we can still fight on no matter what if we have the will power. Move on.
