I am always pushing myself as far as I can. Most people would think I was crazy the way I try and keep myself healthy and strong. During the summer I have a big garden and do 75 % of the work, cut 5 acres of grass and even if you are on a riding mower you bounce around and have to use your legs to run it. After 2 to 4 hours you have a workout. Winter I don't have as much but I bowl 3 leagues. Today I bowled 3 league and have to go back tomorrow at 9. I am still standing and strong, capable.
