Some days I find I am dragging..lack of sleep or other things...but I have also learned...if you Get up and GO exercise...your energy level will go UP not get used up! Get moving!!!

    The last few days I have not exercised and I feel that I don't really care. After reading these comments, I believe that I will do some sort of movement tonight. THis time of year I find it very difficult to exercise.

    I agree. Exercise does all sorts of good things for your body, and injecting energy is just one of them.

    very true, but even knowing this, I still have a hard time getting up in the mornings. I hit the snooze & it really hurts me more than it helps me. emoticon

    Very true. If I am too tired (or think I am) and don't exercise just end up feeling worse 'cause now there's guilt to add. Keep moving! emoticon

    You are absolutely right!!! I was exhausted yesterday after work and hadn't worked out as usual in the hour in the morning. I pushed myself and worked out for 30 minutes when I got home and it made a huge difference in the rest of the evening!!!

    Thanks! I need to her that other people are tired also. I am so tired after work and also so busy. I have team members that have given me great advice. I just need to get going.
