very true, but even knowing this, I still have a hard time getting up in the mornings. I hit the snooze & it really hurts me more than it helps me.

Very true. If I am too tired (or think I am) and don't exercise just end up feeling worse 'cause now there's guilt to add. Keep moving!

You are absolutely right!!! I was exhausted yesterday after work and hadn't worked out as usual in the hour in the morning. I pushed myself and worked out for 30 minutes when I got home and it made a huge difference in the rest of the evening!!!

When I think I'm just too tired to exercise, I commit to do 10 minutes of light exercise. If I'm tired after 10 minutes, I'm allowed to quit. But 95%+ percent of the time I feel better after 10 minutes and go on to get a good workout.
