This green tea is not as much a weight loss product as it is a healthy laxative. Green tea is good for you anyway but this one also makes you get the "runs", which are really not that bad. The benefits are that it cleans out your system of all the waste that's still stuck in there, which in turn helps you lose weight. Research it and see how successful it can be. Good luck and don't forget to invest in more toilet paper! http://3ballerinat ea.org/

I discovered this about a month ago and I can not tell you how much better I feel! I had struggled with constipatioIn my entire life. I wish I discovered this sooner! Word of caution - start with about 6 ounces and see what that does first. Usually only takes 6-8 hours to work.

How long did you try it for before it did what it was supposed to? I have tried it in the past and it has done absolutely nothing for me. I started again today. I hope it does do a good job!
I have found that drinking Green Tea is helping - I have 3 - 6 cups a day along with at least 8 - 10 pints of water. Green Tea is proven to aid with weight loss as well as having other health benefits - also the caffeine found in Green tea is dramatically lower than black tea & coffee which of course means less caffeine happier body!! If you want to check or read more information on Green Tea then follow the link and I hope this helps for you all as well 30

To help me feel full and aid in digestion, I try to drink a cup of green tea after each meal.
It has become a positive habit that also "signals" the end of a meal for me, so if I feel a binge or temptation coming on, I'll sneak in an extra cup of tea first. And 9 times out of 10, I no longer want the tempting treat!
Also, experiment with different types of green tea to find one that perks your taste buds. For me, that's Tazo's "Zen" which has hints of lemongrass and spearmint.
Enjoy!
