i exercise after work, so as soon as i get home, before i sit down or do anything else, i pull out my exercise mats and whatever equipment i'm using (bosu, swiss ball, resistance bands), and change into the clothes i have laid out right away. i have the dvd i'm going to use ready to go from the previous day so i'm good to go when i walk in the door!
