Night eating is a major temptation for a lot of people. Instead of sitting around & engaging in mindless eating, go to bed early. You can't eat if you're sleeping and a good night's sleep decreases your appetite!

    This is so TRUE! When I stay up I want to eat, not because I'm hungry but because I just want something extra to do while wathcing TV - when I know I should be in bed. Sometimes what I'm watching is not even good as I fight sleep - that's going to CHANGE!!! Thanks for posting this reminder! emoticon

    I love this idea of early to bed. And by waking up earlier I could use that time for a Great Work Out! Thanks for sharing!! Should have thought of that myself.

    That is a good idea but my problem if i go to bed early I wake up about 3 hrs before time to get up and go to work & I'm on the job by 6 a.m.
