I am finding that morning exercise is motivational! I get up in the morning with my husband, get him off to work and then I walk SuzieQ. I bring her in the house and go for MY walk, come in, do 50 situps on the ab lounge and then go to the "quiet/exercise" room and do my strength training or a yoga DVD. I find I feel better during the day and my exercise has already been done so I can concentrate on other things during the day . . schooling I am slowly getting there . .

After a good workout, I take a cool to luke-warm shower. About 10-20 seconds before I am done showering, I turn the water down as cold as I can stand it. It is refreshing, brings my heart rate down, and really cools me off. Plus, during my early morning exercise routine, if I'm still not fully awake, it helps me get there. 30
*NOTE* If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, it may not be wise to take a cold shower after exercise. Cold water constricts blood vessels which can cause blood pressure to rise quickly.
After reading today's article on procrastination, I know I am on my way. I started tidying up the kitchen after dinner (versus my morning routine). Now upon waking, the kitchen is done (morning dread is gone too), Now I can have a new routine by using that time to exercise and set daily goals.
