Many times your local library has DVDs, movies, exercise videos, magazines, and music in addition to books. This is a great way to preview these things and decide if you're really going to use that exercise video enough to spend $20 on it!
Libraries can provide tons of information via books, entertainment from movies and music, magazines, digital media for your computer, and internet access. When a book or video you want isn't available many will inter-library loan materials for you. Know what your library offers and use it! :)211
To save money while adding variety to your exercise program:
1. Borrow exercise videos from the library. 2. Trade videos with friends. 3. Check out flea markets for cheap videos. 4. Walk...........it's free. 5. Buy used videos. 6. Check out gyms in your area. Many offer free trial memberships.
