While reading blogs, post and secrets you learn a little about people and you can see that people on Spark have a hard time saying NO. While visiting my Spark friends I see they cannot say NO and keep taking on more. Today a girl called and asked if I would sub for her at 12 tomorrow. I said yes but I bowl 9 and 6 o'clock too, so I will have a work out. We have good hearts and can't say NO. God will not put more than we can handle on us so give a helping hand. emoticon

  • I would NEVER consider bowling an item, that saying NO to, would make me a person to be admired....guess I just don't understand where you are coming from...if you bowl twice a day, you must LOVE it, RIGHT? R U desperate 4 points, or something? Please don't take the wrong way...just curious...

    Peace & love!

  • I have learned to say "No" a long time ago when my children were growing up. Saying No to extra responsibilities (church, school, etc.), saying no to certain foods in the house, even sometimes when we were out. There are just some foods I cannot have in my house at all because I would have a hard time not eating the whole package. "No is actually a good word. - by LADYBUG0805
