As I am disabled and can't walk far, I now go swimming every day. I workout in the water- physiotherapy and hydrotherapy exercises. I do this for an hour alternating from my exercises and swimming.
I am also on a calorie controlled diet and eat lots of fruit never used to have breakfast but now I think of it as the most important meal of the day. I also take acai berry, but, be warned, if buying from the internet, check conditions, as free sample does not always apply!!! Lost 3 st since Jan.
