well I don't like drinking water... so I found a way to make it a little better. I put a few frozen berries in my glass and they sink, and help keep it cool, and when u finish the water you get a treat at the end. :)

When I find that I need new clothes I always think about the cost. Ugh...What I like is SO expensive so a few things I do is go to places like Marshal's or TJ Maxx where I can get named brand items very cheap. If that doesn't work I go online and see what items at my favorite store is on clearance sale. That ends up saving me quite a bit of money.
I enjoy working out and love the way I feel when I eat right and am loosing weight. However once people start to notice - I start binge eating again and fall off my workout routine - ugh. I think I am afraid of being seen - when your over weight you become invisible - in CA anyway. I found comfort in being invisible - I need to get over it! HELP
Whenever I get that "not another salad" feeling, I remind myself of how much better I feel all afternoon if I eat a big, fresh salad for lunch. My energy, stamina, and focus are all better. Focusing on those benefits and reminding myself how sluggish I can get after eating other things -- that seems to make it easy to get past the "ugh, not lettuce again" blues.
Pay attention to how you feel after you eat certain things. Observe without judging. What you notice might surprise you.
