Thanksgiving is upon us and pumpkin pie is a favorite dessert. Why not try a heaping tablespoon of canned pumpkin in your hot oatmeal with a little cinnamon and sweetened to your taste with honey. A half-cup serving of canned pumpkin supplies a staggering 300 percent of the DV for vitamin A from beta-carotene! Happy Thanksgiving!

    I love this. I use equal parts Oatmeal and Pumpkin (plus water of course)and put a pinch of ground cloves in mine along with the cinnamon. It's like guilt free pumpkin Pie and very filling.
