I know if a 235 lb lady can do it, you can do it. Walking has taken off 86 pounds so far. I will continue to walk during the holidays to keep on track.Whate ever you do to loose weight keep it up. But nimble the treats. It takes twice as long to take off what you took in.Happy Holidays!
