I know if a 235 lb lady can do it, you can do it. Walking has taken off 86 pounds so far. I will continue to walk during the holidays to keep on track.Whate ever you do to loose weight keep it up. But nimble the treats. It takes twice as long to take off what you took in.Happy Holidays!

At holiday time (or any other time) when I fall off the wagon, I no longer tell myself "I have blown it" and wait until the next day or week or month to correct the behavior, I get right back on track immediately. Old habits are hard to break, but if you don't give them any time to return, it is much easier to eliminate them altogether.
Chew Gum While You Cook and You Won't Keep Tasting.
Those spoonfuls add up if you keep tasting things while you cook. I make cookies at holiday time, and this keeps me from eating the cookies as I take them out of the oven. Those little tastes are hard to track and can add too much to our calorie count.
