One day a week, plan out what you will eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner and keep a log of the meals/recipes. Then, make your grocery list from your weekly log. Doing so has saved me time in the evenings and at the grocery store.

  • I plan my meals but I have to be flexible too. Today I had my dinner planned but discovered I had to use up the last of the fresh Asparagus so made asparagus soup instead for dinner. - by HAPPYMOM8
