This week I noticed a change in how I felt when I missed exercising - it affected everything. So I started walking and moving again - happy day - I was up, got back into the life style that I enjoy. Now I'm trying to figure out which comes first - Positive Attitude or Exercise? I think the exercise did the trick for me. Walk, walk, walk.

Surround Yourself with Positive People and Actions
We cannot choose our families, but we can choose HOW we deal with our family members with positive attitude and words. If family members are negative and give you negative feedback about anything in your life--turn the negatives into a positive by either NOT responding to the negative OR by saying, "I understand how you feel" and leave it at that. Family members may not provide positive feedback, but you can be proud of all your accomplishments--small or big changes.
YOU know what you have accomplished, and it is not necessary to react or respond to negativity no matter who is spewing it out negativity. Often, "Silence is golden" can be a positive when it comes to families. Love them and ignore their negativity. 104
When you stray from your goals the easiest way to get back on track is by planning. Plan to Succeed! Plan your food for the day Plan time to exercise.. Even if you only have 10 minutes Plan to surround yourself with supportive people Giving yourself positive feedback should be part of your plan This is a journey and you will have success if you follow your plan. Cheers!
