Get 100 Spark Points Every Day!

Members Were Sparked
This Sparked Me!

If you have problems motivating yourself to exercise, just start shooting for 100 spark points every day. You can't get there most days without exercise. If you find out you would rather rack up empty posts for 10 points instead of going for a walk, add another 10 or 20 points to your goal. Make it impossible to get your goal points without exercise points.

I've been shooting for 100 points a day too! It really helps because you have to read articles and watch videos to get them. By the time I've done all that, I find I'm really motivated for the day.

I am new to Spark People (only my second day) and really had no idea how many ways to get Spark Points! Shooting for 100 per day is a great way to stay motivated! Thanks.
