I had given up on loosing my last fifty pounds until a love interest from the past magically appeared. He seemed interested, but I quickly learned he again wanted a shoulder to cry on and assistance in meeting a new Barbie doll. I felt used, and then I got angry. Best thing I ever did! When I don't want to work out I think of him and presto I find my self running the extra miles. Works for my diet plan also.
