I had given up on loosing my last fifty pounds until a love interest from the past magically appeared. He seemed interested, but I quickly learned he again wanted a shoulder to cry on and assistance in meeting a new Barbie doll. I felt used, and then I got angry. Best thing I ever did! When I don't want to work out I think of him and presto I find my self running the extra miles. Works for my diet plan also.

Something got you down? Angry at someone? Don't sit and let the anger overtake you. Instead, use your emotions to fuel your workout.
I've found that if I decide that instead of getting mad I'll get even by getting thinner/hotter/more fabulous then I have a better, harder workout than normal. Instead of feeling guilty about comfort eating or being lazy or having excuses to not eat right or skipping the gym, I feel fantastic because of the workout.
