My secret weapon is my fiance. Without someone by my side 100% I know I wouldnt work out as often or eat the right things as often. Having someone's support really makes the difference.

Yes, I agree that having a support system is essential as well as makes things easier when developing a new lifestyle! My husband has been my support and encourages me when I feel like I am not making any progress!!

Waking up to face what I have to go through in the next couple of months. Where they may go and how I will deal with them. When you are alone and you have very important things to line up and don't know who to call, it gets scary. Never thought I would be alone but that is what it is. God will help.
Most people don't like to eat alone, I know I don't but since I am single I do most of the time. Once I measure my food, I wanted to inhale it because I didn't like being alone. I keep a book or the newspaper at the table to make me savor the flavors. At work I read my e-mail on weekends, during the week I watch jeopardy. This makes me enjoy my food and leads me to eating less (you get full faster)
