I am eating more natural foods, and less refined or over-processed foods. No more white: rice, pasta, bread, etc. It helps me feel full and increases my metabolism at the same time.

    I agree with you on this one. I've been working on eating lower on the food chain, cutting out as much of the processed stuff as I can without going crazy. Whole grain products really do fill you up better than their white counterparts, and their nutritional content is right up there without having to have nutrients added back in!
