This morning I over poured the blueberries into my breakfast bowl and then decided that I would be healthier to add cereal to my berries rather than berries to my cereal.
I saw Dr Oz on Rachel Ray and he eats a lot of dark berries for health. If Dr Oz thinks it is a good idea, then so do I

    I agree, if you don't eat breakfast, you can't get off to a great start of the day.
