I make up a batch of" Chicken Kale Vegetable "soup and "Turkey Veggie Joe "mix served on whole grain slim buns. Alternate lunches for a few days. I add one seving of whole grain crackers with soup and plate of fruit with the Joes.

Do as many burpees that you can during the commercial break of your favorite show, they get you heart rate up and are a good total body workout. Their are many variations to burpees beginners; w/o doing the push up and small jump, intermediate; with push up and high jump, advanced; push up, bring each knee to elbow then explode into the air.
