I love this brand the best because it is so creamy, thick, versatile & high protein. I've tried other brands but they taste thin or watery compared to this one, which seems as creamy as 2% in other brands. I get it at Costco for $5.50 a quart - 4 oz is just 60 cals & mixed w/Splenda & Frozen fruit, it even makes a great ice cream substitute!
Not every Costco branch carries this but it's starting to show up at more locations as the popularity spreads. You can find smaller cartons at various stores but it's usually more than twice the cost so I stick with Costco

The most filling, quick breakfast I've discovered to date is a container of Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt (any Greek-style yogurt will do, but Fage is the best) with 1/2 cup Original FiberOne Cereal, and a palm-ful of berries. For about 180 calories, you get 17 grams of protein, 14+ grams of fiber, calcium, and a delicious sweet, smooth, and crunchy breakfast. This, along with a big glass of water and/or skim milk (an extra 9 grams of protein) will get me through to lunch, and it tastes great!
Greek yogurt can be subbed for many things: Mix 2 parts reg mayo w 1 part non-fat, plain Greek yogurt for tuna or chicken salad; yogurt w salsa & tortilla chips; yogurt instead of sour cream in any cold preparation. Cuts the fat & adds protein, calcium, & probiotics at the same time. ( 223
Of course, non-fat, plain Greek yogurt (my fav - Fage 0% - Costco quart size is the same price of the pint at my Trader Joe's) mixed w raspberries (can be frozen), stevia or agave, raw sunflower seeds, & a little healthful, high-fiber cereal is a treat any time of day or night!
I find that using 0% fat Greek yogurt (I like Fage from Costco) in place of full fat or even low fat sour cream works well in nearly everything, even in a cooked/baked item. I get less fat overall and an extra protein boost. I tend to not eat a lot of meat so the extra protein is a plus for me.
