Water, Walking And Low Carbs Before Lunch

Walking 45 minutes a day, drinking between 2 to 2.5 litres of water day. Ensure that you get your carbs from fruit mostly but if you must eat other carbs do so strictly before lunch and never after lunch time.

Take a multivitamin each day and cut out caffeine.

    I wonderd about that? I was curious how many carbs are really just enough for the day. I seem to be hitting 190gms ,I feel that is just way to high. I do try and keep the larger ones during the day, since this gives your body time to burn off those carbs b4 bed time.I have to watch my fat intake due to GallBladder problems which increases the carbs unit. My fat intake can not be any higher then 20 but the Dr prefer15% so it makes it just alittle hard to even it out? What do u suggest?

    Going to be hard to give up caffeine AND carbs. My carbs are all fruits, veggies and whole grains. But I will take the tip on not eating them after lunch. I am getting the water, too. But thanks for the tips.
