I like to get up before everyone to plan ahead meals. Sometimes I have to go to meetings.Maybe just watch the local news on TV.Breakfast is the one meal I don't have to cook,During the week ,just on weekends.I'll eat3slices only of bacon .My husband brings me Bacon every weekend.I always ask him ,Why?Becauce he knows I'm trying to eat healthy.Bacon dose taste so good.During the week we usually eat ,cold cereal,corn flakes.
Besides being in the kitchen cooking I like to get out of the kitchen's get some fresh air like to walk to visit my mother's house on a warm sunny dash always finds something for me to dose live 3miles from were I lively videos are ok on rainy days,I think they can be boring.

Set your clothes on the night before and head to the gym or out for a jog or brisk walk. You will start your day out right and you will feel energized. The hardest part is getting out of bed, but after that, you're on your way!306
Waking up 1 hour before everybody else is my secret to success. I find that when I do there are no distractions and I can focus on my workout and my health! I then do not have to worry later in the day about exercising, because it's done!!
To get a jump start and save time, I go to sleep with my workout clothes on so all I have to do is grab a bottle of water and put on my shoes .... saves me 10+ minutes in the morning!
