Park further away from the stores, walk to the post office, but what about the lady's room? We're drinking more water so we're in there more often. First of all, take the long way, second, I do 5 - 10 squats( I call them potty squats) afterwards, and walk in place while washing up. Every little bit helps!!!

Look for opportunities to get in additional exercise. While watching tv, use hand weights or bands. Watch tv on the floor & do stretches & floor exercises. Park farther way, use steps instead of elevators, do squats at your desk. Even do wall pushups will waiting for dinner to cook.
No matter where you are or where you go, there is an opportunity to incorporate some exercise in your day!!
