It's a little machine you hook to the TV and connects wirelessly to the Internet. I use it to watch Netflix, listen to Pandora music player, watch old films, watch movies from Amazon On Demand, and so much more!
I love movies. Problem is, I love to eat too. Watching a movie is a trigger for me to eat. Obviously, I should remove movies from my arsenal of things to do, but if I love movies, where does that leave me? I'll tell you: deprived of both food and something I love, movies. No way. Here's my solution:
a) I do not eat in movie theaters. Ever. This is a hard and fast rule. I bring a bottle of water and gum instead. It's easy once you find out just how many calories are in movie theater popcorn!
b) I keep bags of baby carrots in the fridge for watching movies at home. Small, crunchy and filling!
When I watch a movie on the computer, I open a second, smaller sized browser with an exercise video to watch as I enjoy the movie in the bigger browser.
For example, I have watched a netfilx movie in the bigger browser, which takes up 2 thirds of the computer screen, and I open a walking away the pounds or Coach Nicole video in a smaller sized browser.
